How long does a custom order take?
Mugs and keychains ship in 2–3 working days. Frames, apparel and jewelry take 3–7 days. Corporate runs are quoted individually, usually 7–14 days.
How do I send my photo or artwork?
Add the details in the personalisation box at checkout, then WhatsApp the files to +92 326 0609031 with your order name. JPG, PNG, PDF and AI all work.
Do you deliver outside major cities?
Yes. We ship anywhere our courier partners reach, which covers almost every district in Pakistan. Remote areas can add 1–2 days.
Can I see the design before it's printed?
Always. We send a mockup for approval and nothing goes to print until you say yes. Revisions are free.
