Returns & Refunds
Personalized products are a special case. Here is exactly what we cover.
The Short Version
If something is wrong with what we made — a print defect, damage in transit, or an item that does not match the proof you approved — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you. If the artwork you approved contained a mistake, we will still help, but the remake is chargeable.
What We Replace Free of Charge
- Printing defects: smudging, misalignment, faded or cracked print
- Damage in transit: chipped mugs, cracked frames, dented boxes
- Wrong item, wrong size or wrong colour shipped
- Any difference between the delivered item and the proof you approved
What We Cannot Accept
- Change of mind on a personalized item — it cannot be resold to anyone else
- Spelling, dates or photo choices that were approved on the proof
- Low-resolution photos supplied by the customer that print softly
- Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery
- Claims raised more than 7 days after delivery
How to Raise a Claim
- WhatsApp +92 326 0609031 within 7 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the item and, for transit damage, the outer packaging too.
- Include the name and phone number the order was placed under.
- We respond within one working day with a remake, refund or replacement.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is issued to the original payment method, or by bank transfer / EasyPaisa for cash-on-delivery orders. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of approval. Delivery charges are refunded when the fault is ours.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve the design proof. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible because the item is made specifically for you. Bulk and corporate orders follow the terms set out in their individual quote.
