1. Who We Are

StyleCraft PK is a customization and printing studio based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Placing an order on this website, by phone or by WhatsApp means you accept these terms.

2. Orders and Confirmation

An order is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and you have approved the design proof. We may decline or cancel an order if the artwork is unlawful, infringing, or beyond our production capability — in which case any payment made is refunded in full.

3. Your Artwork and Content

• You confirm you own or have permission to use any photo, logo, name or artwork you send us.
• You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio or social media unless you ask us not to.
• We decline artwork that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.

4. Proofs and Approval

We send a design proof before production. Approving the proof means you accept the spelling, layout, colours and dimensions shown. Errors that were visible on an approved proof are not covered by our free replacement policy.

5. Colour and Material Variation

Screens differ from print. Slight variation in colour, texture, wood grain and finish is normal and is not a defect. Where colour accuracy is critical, ask us for a physical sample before a bulk run.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
• Cash on delivery is available nationwide for retail orders.
• Bulk and corporate orders require a 50% advance, with the balance due before dispatch.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith and start from proof approval. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control, though we will always help you chase a late parcel. See our shipping page for details.

8. Returns

Our returns and replacement policy is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events or occasions, though we will do everything reasonable to meet a stated deadline.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
