Shipping & Delivery
What it costs, how long it takes, and where we deliver.
Production Time
Every StyleCraft order is made after you place it, so the timeline has two parts: production, then transit. Production begins once you approve the design proof — not when the order is placed.
- Mugs & keychains — 1–2 working days in production
- Frames, apparel & jewelry — 2–4 working days in production
- Nikkah books & gift sets — 3–5 working days in production
- Corporate & bulk runs — 7–14 working days, confirmed on quote
Transit Time
Once the parcel is booked, our courier partners typically deliver in 1–3 working days to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) and 2–5 working days elsewhere. Remote districts can add a day or two beyond that.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is a flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs. 3,000. Bulk and corporate deliveries are quoted separately, and are often free depending on volume and destination.
Tracking Your Order
We send the courier tracking number by WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked. If you have not received it within 24 hours of your production window ending, message us and we will chase it.
Delivery Attempts
- Couriers make up to three delivery attempts before returning a parcel to us.
- Please keep the phone number on the order reachable — most failed deliveries are simply unanswered calls.
- Returned parcels can be re-dispatched, but a second delivery charge applies.
International Orders
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad for delivery to a Pakistani address, that works normally — just use a local contact number for the courier.
