What We Collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Personalisation content — the photos, names, dates and artwork you send us for printing.
• Messages — the WhatsApp, email and form messages you send us.
• Basic site analytics — anonymous page-view data used to understand which products people look at.

What We Use It For

Producing and delivering your order, sending you the design proof and tracking number, answering your questions, and — only if you subscribed — sending occasional offers. That is the complete list.

What We Never Do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not use your photos in marketing without asking you first.
• We do not send marketing messages to customers who have not opted in.

Who We Share It With

Only the parties who need it to complete your order: our courier partner (name, address, phone number) and our payment processor where an online payment is used. They may not use your data for any other purpose.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for three years for accounting and warranty purposes. Personalisation artwork is kept for 12 months so we can produce a reorder quickly, then deleted. Ask us at any time and we will delete your artwork sooner.

Your Cart and Browser Storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser's local storage, on your device. It is not sent to our servers until you place an order, and clearing your browser data clears it.

Your Choices

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to records we must keep for tax purposes.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
